For standard PCBs such as FR4 or aluminum/metal core PCBs

Since more than 20 years, our depaneling machines are continuously being further developed and improved in order to guarantee an absolutely unstressed separation of PCBs.

After extensive tests of the separation process, many automobile suppliers exclusively use depaneling machines of the NTM series for the separation of their prescored PCBs.

The machines NTM 150, 300, 375, and 480 NSL use an infinitely variable sectional cut to depanel prescored PCBs in a gentle and clean way while avoiding damage to SMD components placed directly at the edges of the boards.

Compared to other depaneling systems, the machines of the NTM series offer the following advantages:

Electro-Pneumatic Control Unit for the NTM-Series

The electro-pneumatic control unit enables the safe and reliable handling of your product during the complete cutting process from feeding to the subsequent transfer of the PCBs.

The control unit supports various sensors for a contactless recognition of the PCBs as well as the release of the cutting process.

The control unit features various comfort functions such as a total cycle counter with preselection, monitoring of compressed air, emergency stop and runtime, saving of programs, program transfer by USB, switching of languages German/English and much more.

The cutting process can be initiated by the supplied foot-switch or alternatively by a corresponding sensor system.

Further pneumatic cylinders, valves, and sensors can be integrated by simple programming without profound knowledge of pneumatic circuits.

The control functionality can optionally be extended for E-drives enabling the controlling of electrical drives defined within the process sequence.
