NTM 150, 300, 375 & 480 NSL
Since more than 20 years, our depaneling machines are continuously being further developed and improved in order to guarantee an absolutely unstressed separation of PCBs. After extensive tests of the separation process, many automobile suppliers exclusively use depaneling machines of the NTM series for the separation of their prescored PCBs.
The machines NTM 150, 300, 375, and 480 use an infinitely variable sectional cut to depanel prescored PCBs in a gentle and clean way while avoiding damage to SMD components placed directly at the edges of the boards..

Compared to other depaneling systems, the machines of the NTM series offer the following advantages:
  • nearly noiseless operation
  • gap for insertion of the board can be adjusted easily by means of an adjusting knob in the front part of the machine
  • integrated waste suction prepared
  • depaneling process without vibrations
  • easy-to-service design
  • pneumatically driven (Festo)
  • operation and maintenance possible without expertise
  • high power reserves, operating already possible at 2 bar
  • pneumatic control placed in a separate unit for easier maintenance

NTG 4 & NTG 4A
In order to reduce bending tension during PCB separation, the manual machine NTG4 and the motorized machine NTG 4A depanel prescored PCBs by means of two round knives.
Both knives and guiding blades can be continuously adjusted in height. The depaneling machines NTG4 and NTG 4A are characterized by their simple operation and ergonomic design.
The design of the machines with an opening width of 87 mm enables the depaneling of PCBs with components up to 47 mm height placed right up to the scoring line.
The upper knife of the motorized machines NTG 4A is driven by a toothed belt. This enables a non-tiring and efficient working. The drive has a forward and return motion and its speed is continuously adjustable.
