NTM 150, 300, 375 & 480 NSL

The NTM type depaneling machines were designed to depanel prescored panelboards carefully, without bending or tension stress. Even sensitive SMD-components like ceramic capacitors will not be damaged by the depaneling process. Due to the special design of the knives also boards with high components placed close to the edges can be depaneled safely. Based on a proven method of depaneling, wedge-shaped knives are used to cut the panels within the groove. This enables boards of less than 1 mm thickness to be separated safely and without creating stress.
The machine is pneumatically driven using standard parts. It is very quiet with none of the usual compressed air noises.

A new, improved technique of depaneling using an infinitely variable sectional cut reduces the tension stress during the depaneling of prescored boards to the minimum.

Compared to other depaneling systems the new machines of the NSL-series have the following advantages:

NTG 4 & NTG 4A

In order to reduce bending tension during PCB separation, the manual machine "NTG-4" and the motorized machine NTG-4A depanel prescored panels by means of two round knives.
Both knives and guiding blades can be continuously adjusted in height. The ergonomic construction of the machine enables a high output rate.
The depaneling machines NTG-4 and NTG-4A are characterized by their simple operation and ergonomic design.
The new design of the machines with an opening of 87 mm enables the depaneling of panelboards which are assembled with components up to 47 mm height right up to the scoring line!

The upper knife of the motorized machine NTG-4A is driven by a toothed belt. This enables non tiring and efficient working. The drive has a forward and return motion and its speed is continuously adjustable.

NTM-R

For economical production, small PCBs are usually combined to form a larger panelboard. The single PCBs are often separated by a routed slot and only connected by nibs. The NTM-R machine was designed to remove these nibs without leaving any burr and without damaging either PCBs or components.
Specially designed knives center the panels when they are inserted into the machine with the routed slot.
The knives can be continuously adjusted in a longitudinal direction according to the position of the nibs. Narrow positioning rails support the base of the PCB.
The knives, that correspond to the routing width, separate the nibs with a downwards stroke.
